Our lakeside family apartment at Derwent Water Marina boasts stunning views out across the lake and down into the Borrowdale Valley. Enjoy a morning coffee looking at the magnificent lakeland fells of Skiddaw, Blencathra, Helvellyn, Walla Crags and Catbells to name a few.
The apartment consists of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower room and wc facilities. There is also a family bathroom which has a large corner bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen-diner with seating for 6 around the table, and a spacious lounge with views over the lake for those relaxing moments at the end of the day. There is a patio area to the front of the apartment where you can sit out and relax, a real evening sun-trap.

An extra bed/cot for a small child is available at £5 per night
One dog is welcome at a charge of £10 per stay to be confirmed at time of booking. Additional dogs by pre-arrangement only.
Storage of 1 kayak per person or 1 dinghy per apartment is complementary for the duration of your stay. Additional boats by arrangement only.
We offer a 10% discount on any pre-booked hire or tuition at the Marina. Please contact us to book.
All our apartments are non-smoking or vaping.
Apartments are available from 4:30pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate by 09:30am on the day of your departure.
