Our lakeside studio apartments at Derwent Water Marina have stunning views out across the lake and down into the Borrowdale Valley.  Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by the magnificent lakeland fells of Skiddaw,  Blencathra, Helvellyn, Walla Crags and Catbells to name a few.

Both our twin bed and king size bed studios are of an open-plan design with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and separate modern shower room.  Each studio also has small patio area with table and chairs overlooking the marina and lake.

Information

  • Please bring your own towels & toiletries, bedding is provided.

  • An extra bed/cot for a small child is available at £5 per night

  • One dog is welcome at a charge of £10 per stay to be confirmed at time of booking.  Additional dogs by pre-arrangement only.

  • Storage of 1 kayak per person or 1 dinghy per apartment is complementary for the duration of your stay. Additional boats by arrangement only.

  • We offer a 10% discount on any pre-booked hire or tuition at the Marina.  Please contact us to book.

  • All our apartments are non-smoking or vaping.

  • Apartments are available from 4:30pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate by 09:30am on the day of your departure.
